Sizzlin’ Steak: Perfect Steak, Cooked to Your Liking

Craving for some juicy sizzlin’ steak lately? Instead of hitting up expensive restaurants, have those juicy sirloin or ribeye steaks on a sizzling hot plate at Sizzlin’ Steak. Opened on December 2018 at Robinson’s Mall, Pavia, this seems to be the new go-to place for meat lovers in Iloilo.

If you can’t get enough of everything crackling or fizzling, then you’ve hit the right spot. Almost everything on their menu – with the exception of soups, salads, and desserts, of course – is on a sizzling plate. That’s right: even your fave pasta carbonara and s’mores are served on lovely iron plates.

So you know that no matter what you get, it’ll be served fresh, with that signature hiss of a promising meal.

What We Had

My family and I had their Platter Meal set, which was good for two. It came with pork and chicken steak, plain rice, iced tea, and mushroom soup. The servings were good enough even for three people. Wait time is around 10-15 minutes.

Sizzlin’ Steak has a tie-up with Teriyaki Boy, a Japanese restaurant. Technically, you’re eating at two restaurants in one! From their menu, we had gyoza (no pictures) and ramen. Serving time took longer here, but the overall flavour was mild and the ingredients were cooked to perfection.

How To Get There

Sizzlin’ Steak and Teriyaki Boy are located on the left side of the main entrance of Robinson’s Mall in Pavia. For folks coming from the city, hitch a ride on a Pavia, Sta. Barbara, or Ungka jeepney. Tell the driver that you want to get off at Robinson’s Mall Pavia. You can’t miss it!
