There will be more public utility jeepneys (PUJ) plying the roads of Iloilo City after the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has approved the 7 more routes for the city.
These routes are now endorsed in the Iloilo City Council.

The LTFRB said a total of 17 rationalized and 7 new routes have been approved for Iloilo City as prescribed in its Memorandum Circular (MC) 2022-024.
These new routes are as follows:

Translation as passenger:
Tagbak Terminal straight to Jaro Plaza (SM Savemore/Ted’s side).
Going to Jaro Big Market until the intersection to Taft North.
Will turn left, Diversion Road until it reaches SM City Iloilo’s main entrance.
Will return back to Diversion Road again (this time going Atria).
It will turn at San Rafael area (inside Atria) and will pass the road until it reaches R. Mapa and Tabucan.
It will then make a turn to Bangga Airport – this is now going Megaworld. It will pass Marriot, Richmond, Festive Mall and Festive Walk Parade. It will make a turn beside Casa Emperador.
Will go straight to Taft North again, and it will pass the Jaro Big Market again.
This time, will make a turn in the Jaro Plaza – passing Jaro Cathedral, turn to Archbishop’s Palace, turn to Ledi.
Turn to the road again going to Tabuc Suba until it reaches the Tagbak Terminal again.
