Exp Café [CLOSED]

In times when you are looking for a place to hang out with your friends to talk thing over – may it be about school or work, Exp Café can be the ideal place to head over. They’ve got an ideal place for small groups of three or four and they’ve also got a spot that can accommodate larger group of ten or more.

We went here last time but because the place is quite small, all the tables were occupied during that time. We are so thankful that we have another opportunity to truly experience Exp Café.

Exp Café Iloilo Menu

They’ve got a variety of super affordable meals – rice and snacks and drinks with choices of hot and cold. The price range is designed not to hurt the pockets especially the students and employees around the area.

How to Get There:

The café is located in Saint Elizabeth building along Valeria Street. This building is a block away from SM Delgado and The Atrium. It’s tricky that the only jeepneys that are passing by the area are Villa Mohon (going Villa) and LaPuz (going LaPuz). When you reside from other area, you will have to walk of a block or two if you are commuting from different routes.
Here are some route examples:

  • For Baluarte, Calumpang, TImawa, Molo and Hibao-an Mandurriao, SM City Mandurriao (from home) you can get down in the corner of Ledesma-Valeria Streets (PBCOM Bank) and ride Villa or Lapuz or you can opt to walk for 2 blocks.
  • For Jaro CPU and Ungka (from home), you can either get down at Atrium unloading zone or near Landbank and walk a block.
  • For Jaro Tagbak, Jaro NFA, LaPaz, Baluarte Derecho, SM City Proper (from SM City), you can get down near Saint Paul’s Hospital unloading zone (corner General Luna and Valeria streets – PNB) and walk half a block.
Not sure of your route? You can always ask the friendly people of Iloilo how you can get to Saint Elizabeth building, or you can ask through the comment box below.

We were actually here to talk things after how and what will be the next things after success after Creating Stories Session.

Sheiladvice:

As I have mentioned earlier, the place is quite full especially with students who are too busy with school so if you’ll have some time, try to go here during off-peak times like we have a perfect timing on semestral break. Also, since their menu and drinks come in cheap prices, set your expectations in the price also.

Overall, it was a good experience. There is wisdom within us.
