The Parlor is the not a usual place where you get your hair and nails done. In Iloilo City, The Parlor is a place where you can get delicious ice cream. It is a small cozy place located at 2nd floor of Festive Walk Parade with its simple Parisian theme.
The Parlor Menu
You do not need to worry about spending too much because the menu starts for as low as 35php and you order additional ice cream scoop for only 25php. Here are your top ice cream flavor choices – ube, chocolate, vanilla, cookies and cream and double dutch. Flavors can also vary so you may check in the store for stocks.
And there are a lot of topping that you can choose from – white and chocolate chips, candy sprinkles, nips and so much more that will sure to make your ice cream more appetizing.
There are also other options that you can have such as coffee, cakes, bread and cookies.
What We Had
Almost can’t decide what to have because everything looks like worth tasting! I had 3 scoops – cookies and cream, double dutch and ube in a waffle bowl. Alen had his cookies and cream with white chocolate chips and Cris had her latte and 2 scoops of ice cream with candy sprinkles on top.
How to Get There
As mentioned, The Parlor is located at the 2nd Floor of Festive Walk Parade. At the moment, the most convenient ride is through Mandurriao SM City. Kindly tell the drive to drop you off the Festive Walk Area.
There are also candies packed for takeout. Tables and chairs are available and in case, there are also outdoor seating available. Next time when you are looking for a food place in Iloilo that you and your friends can hang-out without spending too much, The Parlor can be your best choice.

*We went there last night with the whole family (about 30 of us) to have some ice cream after dinner. Because of the good experience I had on my last visit, I recommended the place to them. But it turns out that they are not too prepared for bulk / large customer orders. I hope they can amplify their training and strategy especially on tough / surprise situations like last night so they can maintain the good service they do on small groups.
