Horizon Cafe is “Iloilo’s highest restaurant” where you can enjoy decent food along with the panoramic view of Panay and Guimaras. This is a place where you can get your breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner.
Feels like you are on the horizon and this restaurant serves all-day casual dining with a mix of Asian and Western cuisines. They also offer new authenticity to Iloilo City.

Surprisingly, their menu offers a good variety of all-day breakfast choices, rice meals, snacks, drinks, and coffee.
What We Had
On the day my gourmet guild friends visited, we had pasta – Pinoy-style spaghetti, carbonara, and palabok.
Their serving is generous. Feels like each plate is almost good for two persons.
On other days of my personal (yes suki), I have already tried their tapsilog all-day breakfast and I also had the chance to have their chicken inasal on one of my dinner engagements.

Horizon Cafe is located on the 21st floor of Injap Tower Hotel right across from SM City Iloilo. You can ride any jeepney that is passing the SM City area too.
