Mango Menu

mango coffee

You can eat this raw – absolutely but you can also create several dishes out of this sweet and delicious fruit. Guimaras is famous for its mango pizza, mango ketchup and every household must have its own mango float recipe. Other mango recipes you can try are fresh mango salsa, mango bars and mango sorbet. If you would ask me personally, the best mango experience I had in all my travels in Guimaras, was the mango coffee I had from Cafe Sta. Hildegarda last year.
