Kabin Kafe: Sweet Escape from the City

Kabin Kafe is a coffee shop in Bacan, Cabatuan that has a cozy atmosphere and is not too far from the city. It’s a place where you can sit for hours as you sip your coffee; a place to go with friends and family; and a place to go alone.

They locally sourced ingredients and support local businesses to contribute to the local economy and create a sense of community. The place has a unique style and decor that reflects the character of the community in which it is located.

Kabin offers coffee and other refreshing beverages. For now, they sell snacks to pair with the coffee but upon conversation with the owner, more meals on the menu will pave their way soon.

What We Had

We had an Iced Spanish Latte, and Lemonade for our drinks and we paired these with Pesto, Strawberry Waffles, and Chicken Basil Sandwich.

How to Get There

Kabin is located right after the bridge in Cabatuan town. But the most convenient jeepney to ride is Maasin. You can ride the Maasin jeep at Pavia Terminal located inside Robinsons Place in Pavia. From the city going to Pavia Terminal, you can ride the following jeepneys:

ROUTE # 3 UNGKA – ILOILO CITY PROPER VIA CPU

ROUTE # 4 UNGKA-ILOILO CITY VIA DIVERSION FESTIVE WALK TRANSPORT HUB LOOP

ROUTE # 22 UNGKA – LA PAZ VIA CPU – ISATU LOOP

Bonus: Pavia and Sta. Barbara jeepneys from the city.
