What We Had

This is a collated photos of the food we have tried whenever we visit the place.

sinigang
Sinigang nga Tanguegue

Sinigang nga Tanguigue is a must-try. It has that “asim-kilig” factor that goes well with the flavors of the fish’s meat and the scent of their newly-cooked rice. It is best when  served hot.

crispy pata
Crispy Pata

Their crispy pata is one of the best in Iloilo. It is not difficult to chew. It’s flavor is just light and the meat is soft. It almost melts in your mouth. Also, it is not too oily and crispy outside but tender inside.

Pancit Molo with Buttered Toasts

If you feel to have something soothing but not over in flavors, their pancit molo is good choice. A bowl brings warmth and complemented with buttered toasts. You can taste the mix of flavors from a little salty to sweet and garlicy.
