The number of Thai restaurants here in Iloilo City is slowly growing – strategically located in the food districts of the city. Aside from the beaches, tourist spots and diverse culture of Thailand, their food is one of the best thing they are proud of. Lucky are the Ilonggos for we no longer need to fly for hours to have a bite of their flavors.
My first expectation is that their food are spicy – but I was wrong. Food offered in Siam is actually a delicious blend of spices which is surprisingly a great balance of flavors bursting at every chew. You can taste the sweet, salty, sour and spicy sides of the meals.

What We Had
We had a good combination of appetizer, soup, rice and main entrée. Our table is simply filled with delicious good food of Thailand in the heart of the Iloilo City.
How to Get There
Siam Authentic Thai Cuisine is located at the second floor of Greenfields, the same building where Stella is. It is along Diversion Road of Iloilo. Commuters all throughout the city and province can ride any jeepney passing the said street.
Some noteworthy routes are Leganes, SM City Proper, Ungka ITGSI, Mandurriao SM City and jeepneys such as Sta. Barbara and Pavia.
The place have a cozy-ambiance, friendly staff and provides a good value for money. Table and chairs are available depending on the number of people. One table could accommodate large family or friends up to 10 people.
Ilonggos are now more adventurous of tasting other cuisines. Our palette is no longer exclusive to batchoy and pancit molo. Cuisine like Thai has slowly become a part of our choices when it comes to looking for a new place to try.
