Pat Pat’s Kansi prides itself by serving the popular Ilonggo soup for decades. Kansi is believed to be an Ilonggo dish made with beef shank and bone marrow. It’s distinct sour and savory soup it courtesy of batwan — fruit that is used as souring agents in Ilonggo cuisines.

We had their best seller: kansi lawas.
They are also serving kansi unod same bowl, less the big bone.
We also had their boneless bangus paired our meal with rice and ice-cold softdrinks.
How to Get There
Pat Pat’s Kansi has a new home along Seminario Road in Jaro near Jaro Plaza. It is the block from RCBC bank and they are neighbors with Bavaria German Restaurant.
From the city proper area, the best jeepney to ride is Jaro Liko NFA or Jaro CPU and get off at the block of Metrobank (across RCBC).
