Nicolette Bakery + Café is the place to go whenever you are looking for artisanal bread and comforting food. They have a good selection of foods available like pasta, pizza, and breakfast. The place is clean and good for meetings and catchup sessions with friends.

Nicolette is popular for its tasty bread. Special mention to their ensaymada. It is something you can always take home which you can pair with your favorite tea or coffee.

What We Had
We had a good combination of their bread, pasta, and pizza. Their pricing is a little more expensive in the Iloilo market but I have to say that we got the value for our money. The meals are fresh. The staff would only prepare your order once they have it. Even the bread is heated before they are served.
This is Wild Mushroom & Truffle pasta. It is also good. Tastes like a real creamy pasta with the aroma of truffle oil, topped with mushrooms and parmesan.
Aside from the bread choices, my personal favorite is their pasta. The carbonara in particular. I can taste the cream, eggs, and fresh Parmesan, topped with bacon.
They are also offering meals for adventurous foodies. Like they are serving Smoked Bangus Pizza topped with Zucchini, Cream Cheese, Ranch Sauce, Arugula, and of course, Smoked Bangus. And Chicken Shawarma or Beef Shawarma Pizza if you are up to having different meats but the same shawarma goodness.
How to Get There
Nicolette Bakery + Cafe is located on the Upper Ground Floor of the North Wing of SM City Iloilo, beside National Book Store. You can ride any jeepney passing by SM City Iloilo. The most convenient would be the SM City Proper.

Nicolette is on a “pay as you order” setup. Before reaching the counter, you will see a big menu so make sure that you have already chosen what you want for the day before approaching the counter.
