More to Education

The shadow cast by the pandemic left many of us struggling and losing hope in the darkness. But still, more people are refusing to succumb and continue to believe that a breaking dawn is coming. Like this boy who makes use of the light from a lamp post in a public plaza to get his assigned modules done, may we find our own spark of light that will illuminate our way through this dark tunnel. May we continue to trust that there is MORE to what we are facing right now. May we radiate MORE light to the lost, the last, and the least. May we realize that there is MORE to education for a brighter tomorrow. Above all, may we fix our gaze to the ultimate source of light and believe in Him MORE.

Ring of Life

A circle is endless,
Just like the sun’s light and energy that is limitless,
It accompanies life, it precedes to growth.
So why settle for less?
We will always need more,
Always want more,
That’s why you deserve the best.

The Light of the Family as an Educator

As a lifeblood of technology, electricity has been an essential commodity that has brought our civilization to new frontiers of discovery and capabilities. From institutions that drives our economy and centers of governance, down to each household of every family, electricity has been a necessity, not only for convenience and efficiency, but also, more importantly, for its effect of strengthening the bonds between people, most especially families.

Now, as we face unprecedented challenges in this pandemic, electricity through technology has not only made it possible to fight the disease that spreads, but also made it possible for us to connect in this time where to distance oneself from others is the right thing to do. Through this connection, compassion towards others continued to be shared and felt even though we are physically distant, and with the profound effort of families, education has thrived even though confined. Mothers who are considered the light of the family have become educators.

Electricity has and always been a part of our lives and no matter how rich or poor we are, we have to admit that the glow of a single light bulb in the dark of the night can go a long way in bringing together a family.

The Light That Shines in the Darkness

Education can’t be hindered by the stories of our inadequacy, the weight of our poverty, and the shadow of our past. Run the race of life with perseverance. Be the light that shines in the darkness.

Providing this right electric light to everyone will support every child’s dream to be in reality. A streak of light can bring more to someone’s life.

With Power Comes the Responsibility to Wield and Create

We are each gifted God-given abilities and talents to produce anything with our creative minds, but what is our intelligence without the will to build? And what can we build without the proper tools in hand? In the end it all boils down to the simplest necessity to function which is power and energy. What we do with our energy affects our ability to use our tools, and with the proper tools we are able to integrate what our intelligence can create. Put them all together and we have power. Now it is our responsibility to use that power to create a better world for generations to come.
