Kang Byeon is one of the pioneer Korean restaurants in Iloilo City. I can still remember that it has been around since I was in college, which was already more than a decade ago. What is best about Kang Byeon is that it is not only a “samgyupsal place”. Here, you can try a variation of Korean meals.
But the most famous, of course, is their Korean barbecue offer. The place is even stunningly located along the Iloilo River Esplanade, so you can have a “samgyup with a view”. The marinated and seasoned meats are then charred to perfection in front of us, making an interactive dining experience.
