Route # 25 (DERECHO) Molo – Iloilo City Proper via General Luna jeepney route (“Baluarte Derecho”) is for those who are residing in parts of Molo areas and those who have government transactions, particularly in Bureau of Internal Revenue (“BIR”) and Department of Social Welfare and Development (“DSWD”).
The route is also ideal if you are studying at Baluarte Elementary School, Molo II Elementary School, Molo I Elementary School, Iloilo City National High School, and Iloilo City College.

From Molo Plaza, it will pass by MH Del Pilar Street passing the following areas:
- Molo Plaza
- GT Mall Molo
- Molo Cemetery
- DSWD
- BIR
- Iloilo City National High School
- Hotel Del Rio
- John B. Lacson
- La Fiesta Hotel
- St. Therese La Fiesta Site
- UP Stoplight
From UP Stoplight it will now take the portion of General Luna Street. It will pass by the following areas:
- UP Visayas
- The Mansion (Sarabia Hotel)
- University of San Agustin
- Iloilo Central Elementary School
- Assumption Iloilo
- Saint Paul’s Hospital and University
- The Atrium
From The Atrium, it will make a turn in Iznart Street passing the following areas:
- YMCA
- Avon
- Landbank
- Citadines (Amigo Hotel)
- PSA
- Hua Siong College of Iloilo
- Unitop Cinema
From Unitop Cinema, it will go straight ahead to JM Basa Street passing the following areas:
- Socorro Drugstore
- Calle Real
- Sunburst Park
- Iloilo City Hall
- Plaza Libertad
From Plaza Libertad, it will make a turn on a portion of Burgos Street before turning to Rizal Street. From here, this route will now pass by the following areas:
- Iloilo Society Commercial
- Gaisano Capital Guanco,
- Tinda Mayor (Central Market)
- University of Iloilo
- Maria Clara Statue
From Maria Clara Monument, it will now ply the Iznart Street passing by areas like:
- Iloilo Grand Hotel
- Novo
- Mr. Cow
- Angelina
From this end of Iznart Street, it will turn left to Ledesma Street. From here, it will pass by:
- Ong Bun
- Robinson’s Place Iloilo (Rob Main)
It will have a slight variation here if passengers are going to Super (Iloilo Terminal Market) where the jeepney shall make a left turn from Robinsons facing the Mabini Wing (KFC) then a right turn to De Leon Street where the Super is located. It will make a right turn at Fuentes Street and the block where it shall return to Ledesma Street is the Colegio de las Hijas de Jesus.
*Baluarte Jeepneys are always kind to cater to passengers who are bound to Iloilo Terminal Market so this is a high probability that it will make a turn to “Super”.
From Ledesma Street, it will now go straight to the Tanza and Infante areas where it will pass the following:

- Gegato-Abecia Funeral Homes
- Tanza Cemetery
- Infante Barangay Hall
From the Infante area, it will make a right turn to Lopez Jaena Street (Molo) now home to Baluarte barangays until it reaches Molo Plaza again:

- Barangay South Baluarte
- Barangay East Baluarte
- Baluarte Elementary School
- Rosendo Mejica Museum
- Makinaugalingon Press
- Barangay Kasing Kasing

Unlike other jeeps they have a fixed label on what route to ply every day, remember that it is at the discretion of the Baluarte jeepney driver if it will take the Baluarte Liko or Baluarte Derecho route at a certain moment.
