Doughnutilo: Doughnuts and Iloilo

Doughnutilo is a locally made doughnuts ideal for Ilonggo snacks and perfect for coffee or tea without hurting your pocket too much. I made my first post about it way back in 2016 when they were still located at Plazuela. I missed the chance of visiting their branch in JM Basa Street and now that they are here at Festive Walk Mall, I feel like this is the best chance to revamp my content about Doughnutilo.

What We Had

We had a box of 6 – for P220. And the flavors we had are – yema (white chocolate, nuts and chocolate kisses), strawberry, blueberry, apple cinnamon. There are also other flavors such as mango and chocolate variations.

The doughnuts are not too sweet and it would be best with a cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate. It will not overpower the taste of the drinks.

How to Get There

This branch of Doughnutilo is located at the bridgewalk of Festive Walk Mall (the one connecting the restaurant veranda and the building where Marketplace is located). The most convenient ride right now for those coming from the city is Mandurriao SM City.

Here are the ideal loading areas where you can get a ride:

  • MaryMart Center
  • SM Delgado
  • Mabini, General Luna and Diversion Road (preferably in front of University of San Agustin and University of the Philippines)
  • SM Strata
  • Carlos Bakeshop

As mentioned, they also have their branch at JM Basa Street. The one they have at the Festive Walk Mall is a kiosk while at the JM Basa Street, they have tables and chairs where you can enjoy your order. It is located at the building beside Plaza Libertad and Iloilo City Hall.

Let us all support local!
