Cafe Panay is located at Festive Walk Iloilo and you can go there by riding a Mandurriao SM City jeepney.
Other jeepney ride that you can take are San Miguel/Leon/Alimodian from Mandurriao and also San Miguel/Leon/Alimodian coming from Jaro Plaza. Just get off the corner where ILOMOCA is.
For people coming from different parts of the city, you can ride Mandurriao SM City at the following convenient loading areas:
- Marymart Center (Valeria)
- BPI/Metrobank (General Luna)
- SM City Strata (Overpass/Diversion)
