Young At Art: An Exploration

2

Everyone is an artist if given enough practice, good resources, and the right guidance. In support of our local art community, we launched the Young at Art Program – an art initiative that mainly supports young individuals interested in honing their craft or in learning to love art.

The program was launched last February 2022 with three different mediums (oil, acrylic, and watercolor) with the help of three renowned and established artists as experts in each of their own crafts.

The goal of the program was to help young, creative artists-in-the-making, ages 12 to 17, who are interested in developing their craft. We held art classes, seminars, and training at least two weekends out of every month. A culminating exhibition at the end of the program will be organized by the team in charge to celebrate this milestone for our young artists, together with Xilium and the local art community.
