PAGHILIUSA FESTIVAL
Municipality of Barotac Nuevo
Every 3rd week of December
It is a significant Christmas celebration for the people of Barotac Nuevo. Participated by Elementary Schools, Secondary Schools, the Business Sector, 29 Barangays, Youths, and the Parent Teachers Associations with the objectives of creating ripples of love and joy for every Barotacnons; discovering new names and talents in the different fields of competitions; involving young generations in the creation of new and progressive Barotac Nuevo; developing volunteerism and unity youth of Barotac Nuevo; among and creating an atmosphere of anticipation of “Paghiliusa” for the spectators and Barotacnons.
