The Iloilo provincial government is again calling for interested applicants to its Iskolar sang Iloilo Program (ISIP).
ISIP is a four/five-year college scholarship implemented by the Iloilo Provincial Government through Executive Order No. 20 Series of 1996 which aims to assist poor but deserving students in the Province by providing them the opportunity to pursue a college education.
The Iloilo provincial government is now ready to accept applicants for its Iskolar sang Iloilo Program (ISIP).
Submission of application is from June 24, 2024, to July 26, 2024.
Who is qualified to apply?
Incoming 1st-year college students with a Senior High School General Weighted Average (GWA) of 90% and above.
- The applicant’s annual gross family income is not more than P180,000.00.
- Bonafide residents of the Province of Iloilo.
- Applicant must have good moral standing in the community.
- Applicant plans to be enrolled in any state universities/colleges in Iloilo.

- i. Senior High School Form 138
- ii. Proof of Income:
- Indigency Certificate issued by MSWDO certifying that the applicant is an Indigent
- Income Tax Return c. Certificate of Tax Exemption issued by BIR
- ii Certificate of Residency issued by the Barangay Captain ia Copy of Valid ID (High school ID with picture and signature)
Walk-in applicants
A. Properly fill out the Application Form
B. Attach the following required documents:
i. Senior High School Form 138
ii. Proof of Income:
a. Indigency Certificate issued by MSWDO certifying that the applicant is an Indigent
b. Income Tax Return
c. Certificate of Tax Exemption issued by BIR
ii. Certificate of Residency issued by the Barangay Captain and
iv. Copy of Valid ID (High school ID with picture and signature)
