The Iloilo provincial government is again accepting applicants for its Iskolar sang Iloilo Program (ISIP) as part of its commitment to making quality education accessible to economically challenged but deserving Ilonggo students.
One hundred twenty-five (125) incoming first-year college students (25 per district) enrolling in any state college and university (SUC) will qualify for the program.
ISIP is an initiative of the provincial government designed to provide financial relief to Ilonggo students who wish to pursue a college education.
Submission of application is from June 16, 2025, to July 31, 2024.
Who is qualified to apply?
Incoming 1st-year college students with a Senior High School General Weighted Average (GWA) of 90% and above.
- The applicant’s annual gross family income is not more than P180,000.00.
- Bonafide residents of the Province of Iloilo.
- Applicant must have good moral standing in the community.
- Applicant plans to be enrolled in any state universities/colleges in Iloilo.

Interested applicants can submit through ISKOLAR SANG ILOILO PROGRAM Batch 30.
Upload the following required documents:
- i. Senior High School Form 138
- ii. Proof of Income:
- Indigency Certificate issued by MSWDO certifying that the applicant is an Indigent
- Income Tax Return
- Certificate of Tax Exemption issued by BIR
- iii. Certificate of Residency issued by the Barangay Captain
- iv. Copy of Valid ID (High school ID with picture and signature)
Walk-in applicants
A. Properly fill out the Application Form
B. Attach the following required documents:
- i. Senior High School Form 138
- ii. Proof of Income:
- Indigency Certificate issued by MSWDO certifying that the applicant is an Indigent
- Income Tax Return
- Certificate of Tax Exemption issued by BIR
iii. Certificate of Residency issued by the Barangay Captain
iv. Copy of Valid ID (High school ID with picture and signature)
