You can walk from here going to WIT.
Option 2 is no too much walking involve. From UP gate facing General Luna (Flyover), you can ride these jeeps:

ROUTE # 9 MOHON – INFANTE LOOP
ROUTE # 15 MOLO – ILOILO CITY PROPER VIA BALUARTE LOOP
Drop by The Atrium or better near YMCA. Then ride a ROUTE # 3 UNGKA – ILOILO CITY PROPER VIA CPU going Jaro. This will take you to the main gate of WIT.
