When it comes to a long list of Ilonggo comfort food, the majority might have the same entry – batchoy, pancit molo, Biscocho, KBL, and everything familiar in our ears and taste buds. Bistro Carcosa takes on the challenge of providing a new set of comfort foods without sticking to the usual. It might be hesitant to try at first but everything is worth the value of your money.

Carcosa Menu
The place offers an international vibe with choices of hearty dishes and crafted drinks to give you a different kind of comfort without going outside your hometown. They serve rice meals, quick snacks, and great drinks.

What We Had
We came as a group and we had more pica pica options – pizza, nachos, and calamari. It may create an intimidating first impression but it is worth a try, especially for those looking for a multi-cultural dining experience.

It was a quick visit and next time, we will make sure that we will be able to try their banner rice meals and offers.
