Razon’s by Glenn: Pampanga’s Palabok and Traditions

1

Razon’s by Glenn has finally found its way to Iloilo and now located at the 2nd floor area of Festive Walk Mall (Veranda). This is a Pampanga (Kapampangan) family restaurant that is very famous for their halo-halo, palabok and other delicious Kapampangan dishes.

Razon’s by Glenn: Quick History

It was in 1972 in the town of Guagua in Pampanga, Razon’s Halo-Halo & Palabok (Lug-lug) started. Originally, the family’s recipe for their halo-halo and lug-lug is only for their personal consumption. Fortunately, the one-of-the-kind taste has slowly spread in the town. Unlike the traditional halo-halon by Iloilo which is colorful and vibrant, Razon’s halo-halo is only consisting of three main ingredients – macapuno, saging and leche flan.
