What We Had
No Korean BBQ is complete without the delicious side dishes known as banchan. Seoul did not disappoint! They offered a wide selection of kimchi (of course!), pickled vegetables, japchae (glass noodles), and various sauces for dipping. I think this is the first time that we ate everything offered as side dishes because they are all delicious.
The grills here were efficient and cooked the meats evenly. The staff was also attentive and readily available. This ensured a smooth and enjoyable grilling experience.
The beauty of Korean BBQ is the customization. Seoul provides all the tools you need to create your perfect bite. You get lettuce wraps, rice bowls, and various condiments to assemble your personalized flavor bombs.
