Banaag Festival is a celebration of the town’s local culture that features performances, inspiring and incredible lights showdown. A tradition that started with fire years ago, Banaag is Anilao’s most importan festivity.

There is no religious significance attached to it. It is a purely secular for all Anilaonons. It showcases art, dance, theatre and music that features the collective talents of artists and performers of the town.

A must see for the whole family is the display of thousands of beautiful lights during the street dancing and the much-anticipated dance performance competition that transforms the town into a magical playground with its vibrant light displays. It is a sight to behold, a visual experience visitors can enjoy.
