Troi Oi is Iloilo’s local Vietnam Café and arguably one of the best Asian restaurants in the metro. Located at Boardwalk Riverside near Iloilo River and Iloilo Esplanade. This place is known for its amazing fresh spring rolls, Pho noodle soup, good music, great customer service and superb ambiance.
Troi Oi’s Menu
Troi Oi is specially serving flavors of Vietnam. I hope the pictures will help you but I will try to take better ones on the next visit.
What We Had
We had Pho – Vietnamese soup consisting of broth, rice noodles, herbs, and meat.
We also had Cha Gio. Their version of Egg roll.
Also, we had, GỏI CUốN – Spring roll, consisting of beef, prawn, vegetables, bún etc.
Had some Bun Cha Gio – Vermicelli topped with eggroll and grilled pork.
Their skewers is a must-have.
And their pudding is to die for.

This place is located inside Riverside Boardwalk area. There is no exact public utility jeepney passing by the area. The best option for commuters is to ride any jeepney passing by Diversion Road like Leganes, Ungka ITGSI, Mandurriao SM City, SM City Proper or Pavia and Sta. Barbara.
They can drop by the block or entrance of Medicus Hospital or Aksyon Radyo office and walk a block.

The reception is warm and personal as if you are a family member coming home. The staff are even wearing ao dai (national traditional dress in Vietnam) as their uniform. The place is intricately designed with Vietnamese artifacts and furniture. If you look at their plates and cutleries, the prints are even stories of life in Vietnam.
