As one of our company’s incentives, this year, Team Dlinkers chooses to explore Palawan. Here’s a quick view of our itinerary:
DAY 1: City Tour
Upon arrival, we checked in at Ysabelle’s Mansion and ate our lunch at Noki Nocs Savory House, we immediately started our city tour.
- Immaculate Conception Cathedral
- Plaza Cuartel
- Mitra Ranch
- Palawan Wildlife Rescue and Conservation Center (Crocodile Farm)
- Palawan Butterfly Ecological Garden
- Tribal Village
- Bakers Hill
Bonus: On our first day, we were given a chance to meet Mayor Edward Hagedorn. It was his birthday and we were blessed enough to have our dinner in his home.
DAY 2: Island Hopping
This is the time to explore few of Palawan’s beautiful islands. You’ll never get tired of swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear waters. Every island feels like a huge aquarium where you can find diverse marine species – from fishes to corals to starfishes.
Here’s a quick tour of the island we hopped:
- Pandan Island
- Starfish Island
- Luli Island
- Cowrie Island
At Cowrie Island is where we had our lunch.
Bonus for Day 2:
We had an opportunity to explore Palawan’s Baywalk where we rented bicycles for only P25 for an hour. We also had our buffet dinner at the Baywalk area. After that, we also enjoyed color games and bingo at their perya.
Day 3: Palawan’s Nature Tripping Activities
Lalala Palawan seems to offer an endless array of activities. What we had for this day were:
- Ugong Rock Adventure
- Underground River
- Iwahig Firefly Watching
Bonus for today was the opportunity to stop at the viewing deck to take a look at some breathtaking views.
We stayed for another day to savor more time to relax. We spent it at ACM Beach Resort where we had our lunch and endless stories.
For more pasalubong, we headed back to Baker’s Hills. There are still a lot of places we haven’t explored such as El Nido and Coron.
Overall, this year’s trip was so awesome that it even exceeding my expectations.
I would also want to thank Kuya Catalino “Lino” Vitug for organizing our trip.
