Oton Derecho Jeepney is the first town route of the 1st District of Iloilo Province dedicated to Oton residents going to Iloilo City. It passes by major places in Iloilo City such as Villa Arevalo areas, Mohon Terminal, Molo areas, BIR, DSWD, Medical City, Qualimed, Atria Park District, and a portion of Diversion Road reaching UP Visayas, John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University Molo, and St. Therese-MTC Colleges Molo.
Basically, it is like the Oton Anhawan, but somehow has an extended route up until Botong Cabanbanan. The point-to-point of Oton Anhawan is up until Botong Cabanbanan Oton to UP Stoplight via Atria.
