From DPWH area, you need to ride either ROUTE # 8 PAROLA – INFANTE VIA SUPER LOOP or ROUTE # 3 UNGKA – ILOILO CITY PROPER VIA CPU until Plaza Libertad.
From Plaza Libertad, you can only ride this: ROUTE # 17 VILLA BAYBAY TO ILOILO CITY PROPER VIA BONIFACIO. This is the only jeepney that is passing by John B. Lacson (Arevalo).
