From Balabago, board ROUTE 16 BITO-ON TO JARO VIA BALABAGO LOOP until Jaro Plaza.

From Jaro Plaza, ride ROUTE 14 HIBAO-AN TO JARO VIA B. AQUINO AVE. / FESTIVE LOOP until the old Hibao-an Terminal.

From there, you can walk going to Vista Mall or ride a tricycle.
