What an incredible evening of culinary artistry and heartfelt generosity right here in Iloilo! Last May 31, 2025, we had the pleasure of experiencing AZUL Latin Bistro’s “Six Degrees of Flavor,” a truly spectacular six-course collaboration dinner that brought together by Chefs Miner Del Mundo and Cidj Jalandoni.
A Feast for the Senses (and the Soul!)
AZUL, brought an excellent partnership between two finest chefs, Miner Del Mundo and Cidj Jalandoni. Every one of the six courses that came out was like a work of art.
The “Six Degrees of Flavor” concept truly came alive, with each dish building upon the last, taking us on a delightful exploration of tastes and textures. It was a sophisticated and innovative menu that left us utterly impressed.

What made this exquisite dining experience even more special was the cause it supported. Every bite, every beautifully plated dish, was all in aid of the Asilo de Molo Foundation.
Asilo de Molo Foundation does incredible work, providing care and a home for the elderly and abandoned here in Iloilo. The enjoyment of the food contributed directly to their vital mission.
It’s always inspiring to see our local establishments and talented individuals like Chefs Miner Del Mundo and Cidj Jalandoni leverage their gifts for the greater good.
