Loreto Ledesma House is located at Washington St., Brgy. Democracia, Jaro, Iloilo City. This is the house on the left before you reach the bridge of Tabuc Suba. The best landmark you can have is the location across Jaro Police Station.
In a post by NHCP, it described the Loreto Ledesma Ancestral House was built in the 1820s and held a significant role in the religious and social history of Jaro, Iloilo. The house is also an example of a unique architectural style called arquitectura mestiza and reflects the development of Philippine domestic architecture during the 18th and 19th centuries.

On February 7, 2023, the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) led by its OIC-Executive Director Carminda R. Arevalo, will unveil the historical marker, “Ledesma Ancestral House”.
OIC-Exec. Dir. Arevalo has officially turned over the marker to Engr. Jose P. Alma Jose, a descendant of Don Luis Ledesma Villalobos. Dr. Alicia P. Magos, Ph.D. was the witness during the signing of the certificate of transfer.
The marker states:
LEDESMA ANCESTRAL HOUSE
DECLARED A HERITAGE HOUSE PURSUANT TO BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 14 S. 2022 OF THE NATIONAL HISTORICAL COMMISSION OF THE PHILIPPINES.
