Theresa’s Bakeshop serves homestyle brunch and premium sandwiches. For those who loves to their own grocery, Theresa’s breads are often found in our favorite supermarkets.
As a perfect time to level-up, this homegrown bakery is now ready to serve the locals not just bread in packs but brunch sandwiches, salad bowls and drinks.
There is a decent number of stores in Iloilo selling this Korean egg drop sandwiches and Theresa is one of the good places to grab one.
Korean egg drop sandwich is a combination of fluffy scrambled eggs, crisp pieces of bacon, or your meat of choice, melted cheese, your choice of greens and then all wrapped together in a buttery toast topped with sweet and creamy sauce.
Thankfully, we can now enjoy this scrumptious sandwich fit for our taste made with local ingredients.
