How to Commute from Silay City to Civil Service Commission Regional Office No. 6 (Iloilo City)?

I came across this discussion last night from Reddit and I did a long answer for three options on How to Commute from Silay City to Civil Service Commission Regional Office No. 6 (Iloilo City). I am transferring the answer here in case there might be those who are also having the same inquiry.

Option 1 Via E.B. Magalona (F.F. Cruz RoRo)

From Silay to EB Magalona Port

  • From your barangay in Silay, board a northbound Ceres or jeep going to Brgy. Alicante, E.B. Magalona.
  • Then board a tricycle going to the port area.
  • Board F.F. Cruz RoRo to Ajuy, Iloilo.

From Ajuy to Civil Service Commission Regional Office No. 6 (Iloilo City)

Option 2A Via Bacolod City (RoRo)

From Silay to Bacolod

  • From Silay, board a Silay jeepney going to Northbound Terminal
  • Northbound Terminal, sometimes there are jeepneys going straight to BREDCO but if there’s none, you can board a Mandalagan Libertad jeepney going to El Camino.
  • El Camino, you can board a tricycle or pedicab going to BREDCO where you can board a RoRo going to Dumangas.

From Dumangas to Civil Service Commission Regional Office No. 6 (Iloilo City)

Option 2B Via Bacolod City (Fastcraft)

From Silay to Bacolod

  • From Silay, board a Silay jeepney going to Northbound Terminal
  • Northbound Terminal, sometimes there are jeepneys going straight to BREDCO but if there’s none, you can board a Mandalagan Libertad jeepney going to El Camino.
  • El Camino, you can board a tricycle or pedicab going to BREDCO where you can board a Fastcraft going to Iloilo City.
