From Jaro Plaza, you can board ROUTE 3 UNGKA TO CITY PROPER VIA CPU LOOP. Tell the driver to drop you off at the old Freedom Grandstand/Sunburst Park. That is where “Aduana” or the Iloilo Customs House is located which houses the Museum of Philippine Maritime History.
