From Villa areas, you need to board either of the following to reach Plaza Libertad first:

ROUTE # 9 MOHON – INFANTE LOOP

ROUTE # 17 VILLA BAYBAY TO ILOILO CITY PROPER VIA BONIFACIO

From Plaza Libertad, you need to board ROUTE # 3 UNGKA – ILOILO CITY PROPER VIA CPU going to Fort San Pedro.
