From SM Delgado, you can board either ROUTE 4 UNGKA TO CITY PROPER VIA B. AQUINO AVE./ FESTIVE WALK LOOP or ROUTE 12 MANDURRIAO TO CITY PROPER VIA FESTIVE WALK / B. AQUINO AVE. LOOP going to SM City area.
Note: These jeepneys will only be up until unloading area near SM Strata and will not be able to go inside the main entrance of SM City Iloilo. You will need to use the overpass.
