As You Start to Paint, the Painting Paints Itself by Rock Drilon

To start the new decade, MAMUSA Art Gallery is pleased to announce the opening of “As You Start to Paint, the Painting Paints Itself”, an exhibition of works by one of Iloilo’s notable figures in contemporary art, Rock Drilon. Born in Dumangas, Drilon studied Fine Arts at the University of the Philippines in Diliman under the mentorship of National Artist Jose Joya and later became part of a generation of artists whose works were instrumental in shaping contemporary art in the country.
