1. The contest is open to all Residents of Iloilo Province age 15-30 years old.
2. One entry per person is allowed.
3. Photos must be taken “Indoors” by any type of mobile phone or smartphone cameras only.
4. Entries must be suitable for publication to a general audience and must not contain anything that is defamatory, sexually explicit, and or obscene images.
5. Selfies are not allowed.
6. Contestants must obey the copyright rules. They should not provide photographs that were previously posted on social media or owned by another person or organization.
7. All entries must be in digital form (JPEG Format) and must be submitted to [email protected] (subject: MOBILE PHOTOGRAPHY) with the following details:
• Name
• Address
• Birthdate
• Contact Number
• Facebook Name/Link
• Mobile Unit used for capturing the photo
• Title
• Photo Caption (Must indicate the place where the image was taken and must have an accurate description of what the photo is about.)
8. All entries must be an original material taken by the photographer and should not include watermarks, signatures, frames, date and/or timestamp, or any other markings on the photo.
9. Digital manipulation is not allowed. Enhancements must be limited to basic post-processing such as adjustments of contrast, minimal color- balancing, sharpening, cropping, dodging and burning
10. In sending your entry, you give PPSK the right to use your photo in any advocacy, publication, and/or publicity purposes.
11. PPSK reserves the right not to accept or disqualify entries that do not follow the given guidelines.
12. The deadline for submission of entries is until 12 noon of June 30, 2020.
13. Photos will be posted on the SK Iloilo Provincial Federation page on July 3, 2020.
14. For the People’s Choice Award, each “CARE” and “HEART” reaction is worth 1 point. Other reactions are not counted. Reactions will be counted from July 3 to July 5, 2020, at 7:00 P.M.
15. Top 3 shall receive cash prize and e-certificate.
(1st Place – Php 2,000.00, 2nd Place – Php. 1,500.00 and 3rd Place – Php. 1,000.00)
16. All participants will receive an E-certificate.
17. Photos will be judged based on the following criteria:
Composition —30%
Creativity —30%
Technical Quality — 30%
People’s Choice (Highest Number of Points by Facebook reactions) – 10%
TOTAL — 100%
