13-Hour-Substation-Repair in Jaro


More Power announced in their Facebook Page that their consumers will be experiencing 13 hours of power interruption in selected areas in Jaro district. The schedule is this coming May 17, 2020, Sunday from 4:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M.

More needs to facilitate this repair as a Preventive Maintenance in the said area to avoid wider and more frequent power outages.

According to MORE Power President Roel Castro, the power load of the transformers in Jaro substations has exceeded its normal capacity level. If More would not take action this early, it could lead to a more burdensome interruption for more people.

More Power is asking for understanding and cooperation from the people for this inconvenience but they need to execute this action before it reaches a more critical concern.
