The Ilongga Bicycle Diaries: A Collection of Personification Essays is Kasingkasing Press and Hubon Manunulat’ passion project. The main objective is to invite all Ilongga bike enthusiasts to tell their cycling experience in Iloilo City. Further, this project also aims to strengthen the voice and hear the narrative of women especially when it comes to ordinances and practices related to biking such as the ongoing bike development in Iloilo City.
