Barangay San Rafael conducted a do day last March 6, 2021 as a part of JPT Ediscape Level up 2021 program. Their Barangay Officials, SK Councils, Barangay Health Workers, Barangay Utility, and Barangay tanods worked together to develop the area Atria Park District besides MacDonald’s Atria.

Ediscape is short for Edible Landscaping. It is an initiative in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture (DA) Regional Office 6, City Agriculturist’s Office, General Services Office, City Health Office Nutrition Program, and City Department of the Interior and Local Government.
Barangay San Rafael has also put up their Barangay Material Recovery Facility and as part for the JPT Ediscape Program, they have put up a mini poultry for native chicken and mini vegetable garden.
