Iloilo to Share Best Practices on COVID

In light of the enduring COVID-19 pandemic outbreak and of the ensuing devastating consequences for CityNet members, the CityNet Secretariat, along with the CityNet Yokohama Project Office, will host the third CityNet Consultation Series on Rapid Responses for COVID-19.

Jerry trenasThis will enable the CityNet members to better understand both, successful pandemic response strategies and also prevention and mitigation plans.

CityNet is calling its members to participate in a webinar-consultation on June 09, 2020, Tuesday, at 1:00 PM Korean Standard Time.

This session will be focused on the impacts of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) during Pandemic by covering not only health issues of the pandemic but also social, economical and political aspects of the crisis.

Through sharing best practices and lessons learned from implementing BCP in different context and with a particular focus to tackle the pandemic, we expect to provide a knowledge base to draw from for cities undergoing difficulties in balancing between the anticipation of future waves of contagion and the restoration of cities’ activities in various sectors.

In this session, the following topics will be covered:

1) BCP for Business and Employment
2) BCP for the Health Sector
3) BCP for the Education Sector
